There you go a double pumper. Picked ther worst possible carb for mileage, imo.

Had a very similar setup in an 87 Diplomat, 360 (same cam but 1.88/160 valves), 4 speed, 2.94SG rear, P255/60R15 tires. But I ran an Edelbrock 1406 carb, 600 cfm electric choke. On the highway it'd pull low 20's for mileage. This on a car probably heavier and less aerodynamic than your Duster.

So yeah Edelbrock's can get beter mileage than a double pumper.
