Here is an update I received from someone who wishes to stay anonymous. They are a very reliable source.

I have heard through the "vine" that they do not transfer many calls to him for his past issues.
He was sued. He lost... He did not answer the law suite and lost by default. Do not think he would ever actually give anything up. But I also heard that at one point the FBI was knocking on his door. But if you do not answer..they go away.
I have done some checks and found that he in fact was not put in jail for any of this.
I also knew he got sued as the guy that sued him contacted me and asked if he could use my name as evidence or whatnot.
