You're saying they're interchangeable despite the listing? The older one sure looks like hers, as near as I can recall right now.

I know they are nearly identical for a multitude of vehicles. Some where along the line the vent button I think changed to floor and defrost mix IIRC and the A/C button shape was changed to allow it to be pulled out to turn off the compressor to make it a vent switch. I don't know how that will affect it but I'd bet it would work.

Yeah, no listing for a 92 but I'd buy one if I needed it. I wouldn't trust any of those links without being able to see the part and I sure ain't going to pay $300 for a pushbutton switch.
