A 4.250 bore + .070 is the same as a standard 440 4.320 bore OP, I and a lot of other racers have used OEM 426 street Hemi blocks bored to 4.320 with no problems Have your block sonic tested, if it has .180 or thicker after boring to 4.320 on the major and minor thrust surfaces for a pump gas no power adder motor go for it If you want to sleeve it back to stock for your own peace of mind or if it is thin then go for it keep in mind if it is thin you may go into the water jacket when boring it out for the sleeves If you do sleeve it make sure and buy Ductile Iron sleeves, not your general machine shop standard replacement sleeves Not in a 426 Hemi block
