There is lil more to it then that ... leaf springs..09 up 1500 trucks use coil springs all around not sure on the 2500/3500

the front susp. is differnt 8lug/5lug
r/t will be short bed dulleys only come with 8foot beds so the rear axel would have to be in a differnt location not to mention the frame rails them self will have to grow longer
im sure there is more that im over looking right now..
