That would work on the right side of the block as the thrust side is the outside. On the left side of the block the thrust side is the valley side. If you tilt and fill the left side you will need to stop filling it at the same height as if it was level, in order for the water to have a passage through. We have filled blocks tilting both sides towards the outside. This was so it would have the most support and still keep the water moving through the block.
