Correct, I believe any acrylic enamel reducer will work fine. I've used DTR in Dupont just fine. As long as the system is the same, you shouldn't have any problems. Always try to mix a little first to see if it has any weird reactions. I've had paint curdle like bad milk because of old or wrong components.
