Plus 2.5 degrees caster and minus .5 degree camber would be good specs in my book (for street handling). Negative camber would have the top of the tire leaning in a little bit so that sounds OK.

Are you sure caster and camber are not just mixed up on the report?

How does it drive? Positive caster tends to make the car stable going down the road. Negative caster would tend to make it "darty".
