Why take the bearings off. If they are good and show no galling leave them alone. Clean them and pack them with new grease using a needle attachment on your grease gun. Don't worry about the seal in the retainer as it mostly keeps debrie from entering from the brake area and is not replace other than when replacing failed bearings.
