Hey guys i have a question in regards to electric issues. Yesterday i fired up my challenger thats been sitting awhile. I was not paying attention and my positive battery cable fell out of the loom and hit the header. I got it quick but it did but through a good amount of insulation. Anyways the problem is that once this happened the iginition key does turn the car over anymore. I can crozz the relay and it works no problem. So i figured that maybe it was the relay and replaced it. That did not fix my problem. So now im thinking that its the ignition switch. Is there anyway of testion it when its in the car?

I found a thread online saying to use a test light from your negative post to the yellow wire on the relay. When i do that, the car turns over. Im kinda confused and want to get it running without have to cross the relay but dont want to buy a switch if thats not the problem.

Thanks guys any help would be great!
