DOT 5 is the best! I have been using it for over 30 year with no problem. One car was parked for 23 years with DOT 5 in it, pulled it out of storage, fixed the motor and drove it from minnesota to florida and back without touching the brakes. Try that with DOT 3, you would be rebuilding the whole system from moisture damage.
Wilwood says not to use it in their brakes, I do anyway. No problems in 10 years with it in my wilwoods.
