A couple of other quick questions in regards to the Chevy shocks on the '73-later B-body suspensions...

What did you use to press the sleeves out of the rubber bushings (both old and new shock)? I called every local automotive and automotive machine shop I could find, and no one seems to think they can do it, although they admit they have a press. I don't get it. I might just have to resort to a vice to partially knock it out, and then vice-grips to get it all the way out.

Was there any fitment issue (i.e. bushing hole too big) when you put the old sleeves into the new shock bushings? Just curious...
