The Dakota Dropped spindles also require different rotors due to bearing size differences, different outer tie rod ends, and different adjusting sleeves. The upper control arm bushing do not need to be replaced unless the offset bushing are needed for alignment. I did not use the off set upper control arm bushings on mine, with the Dakota spindles the alignment came into spec fine. \
