B_Body_Bob Master of nothing Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 16,619 Almost Heaven	The carbs that I have seen leak at the throttle shafts will leak gas to the outside with the engine off and the throttle opened. With the motor running they don't leak gas, because the sucking vacuum leak created by the shaft leak doesn't let it get to the outside of the carb. Last edited by B_Body_Bob; 01/07/05 05:06 PM.
