'02 Dodge Ram 2500 clutch problem

I have a '02 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9 V8 5spd. About 1,500 miles ago I installed a new clutch: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/zzz-mu72108-1/overview/make/dodge/model/ram-2500/year/2002And a new master and slave cylinder assembly, the problem I am having is my clutch is VERY VERY soft and it doesnt grab until almost completely realeased at the top of the pedal. Any ideas???
