Just a 14" drop base, need to go to a 16" though.

I think the 4402d ser's the carb just a hair lower than the RPM.

I will say for the original poster's question a ported Holley SD would work great, with work you can get the ports to flow ~320 cfm (~270 ish stock) the Sd is lower than the other 2
