I'd do stock bottom end, thin mP head gaskets, magnum heads w/stock rockers (that combo should yield @9:1 compression) with hughes #1110 springs and 2.2L retainers, comp cams 270H, RPM air gap, and headers. you'll probably want a 2500RPM converter should get you into the mid 13's easily...I'd wager it'd be close to the old 380HP crate motor power wise
