I have been running Probe rockers on 273 shafts for 4 years now. The shafts do have banana grooves. Just a flat tappet cam with around 530 lift running on a dirt track. 7200RPM. I am sure aftermarket shafts would be better, but so far we have not had any problems. Bob P.
