I thought a little about building something that mounted to the carb that could possibly hold the hood up in the middle and force the air down the carb better. Would this work or could too much air be a problem?
Think of it this way.... you can never force enough air down that carb.. a forward scoop in the right location acts as a really small super charger but without the belt(its pressure)... but the carb needs to be sealed to the scoop... plus with the scoop sealed off it doesnt allow the hot air from the engine bay into the carb
