Your car looks to have been backhalfed, The biggest dilema is most of the wheel company's make thier wheels in 2" incriments so if a 15x11 is the easiest way out looks like i'd have to have them made. But i thought about notching the rails like you said, that would give me plenty of room even with section width.

My cars is way better since I ditched the 12`s and went w/the 10`s...........more room and hooks no worse than before and street driving is much more pleasureable especially w/passengers.
