first "JJ" wheels aren't "HEMI" wheels, it's the other way around - "HEMI" wheels have "JJ" wheel contour.
read the WHEEL section

4036091 is the part number for the chrome 15x8" wheels used on LREs & others

I'd agree:
3 26 79 2 = 3/26/79 shift 2
3 3079 1 = 3/30/79 shift 1
5 31 791 = 5/31/79 shift 1

The final set of numbers had me wondering if they were individually serialized rims until I got two with the same final set of numbers, having mfg dates 4-days apart. So now I'm wondering if anybody knows if they were possibly stamped to a line production (job) number? The first two dates I gave have the same final number. S190214. However, the other two which were built on same day and shift if my date coding guess is correct, have a different final number. One is S190306, the other S190329. That would lead me to guess they were sent to the line only twenty three jobs apart.

I'll "assume" these other numbers are component ID/tracking/numbers for the manufacturer & somehow these translate to:
S190214 ~ 2/14/79 & additional info
S190306 ~ 3/06/79 & additional info
S190329 ~ 3/29/79 & additional info

A wheel manufacturer would make thousands of the same wheel at a time (with all stampings) & ship lots to the auto manufacturer to use at their own rate.

Other than the date relationship there is ZERO connection to a specific VIN numbered vehicle.

& the stamps on the wheel shown below are possibly due to a different wheel plant (same manufacturer).
