If the as-cast spokes need cleaned up, mask the lip with heavy tape (like duct tape) and bead blast them.
Then figure out a way to spin them. I mounted the set of 200-S I did on my wife's Explorer. Put the rear on jack stands, mounted the wheel and then ran it in manual low/first gear.
Mine were really crusty. I started with relatively coarse crocus cloth and worked my way through progressively finer sand papers. I wanted a satin polished look (versus the stock machined lip) so I finished with coarse steel wool before final polishing.
