Problem with buying used is these people want what you can buy a new one for.

Just remember to compare apples to apples. Are the axles the same rating? Same type of suspension? What tires are installed? Is the frame, walls and roof all on 16" centers? What is the thickness of the aluminum skin? I can go on and on. Looking at a couple of 24' boxes with 4 wheels under them may look the same, but once you start digging in a little deeper you start to understand the price difference. BTW, I would never recommend to a friend to purchase an enclosed trailer that has only 5 lugs on each wheel. Your trailer is maxed out or darn near once the car is loaded. Purchase one with heavier axles so you can safely load the car, tools, fuel and other support equipment. Good luck with your research!
