Yes, I soaked it down with ether everywhere including the power brake booster. Slight change at the EGR valve but it was unplugged anyway. Made a full block-off for it so it's out of the picture. Idle rpm is rock steady too.

The '71 2280 I swapped on did the same thing. That carb came off my '71 Challenger and it gives no hiccups at all.
