Autoshut down relay? Would this be on a 360, or just diesel?

The dizzy was not touched at all as part of the job. He did have to move the underhood relay box to access some of the brake lines- but it was not disconnected or anything, and we have 2x checked this and cannot see any issues. Something-somewhere is preventing spark from being generated.
