For street use, I'd definitely recommend "tuner style" spline drive lug nuts. LIKE THESE (LINK)




Also easy to get the 'normal' style hex headed ones with a smaller, 3/4" head if you didn't want the look of the tuner ones perhaps. I've got them around/use them (but no pic handy to show for comparison) and they help as well, unless the lug pocket in the wheel is really small.


If the car has LH thread on one side still, that would limit you some though. (I have yet to see tuner nuts in LH thread, normal full 13/16" ones are easy of course though)
