1 bolt will ground it, it's the one that has the brass sheetmetal strap, grounds from the firewall bolt/stud to the motor case screw.... also check the sheetmetal frame that mounts the switches, behind the plastic dash panel, a poor ground there can also prevent the motor from fully parking sometimes
