Here , I heisted this from another thread , it's not an original piston but this is what a 70-71 6pk piston looks like , the 69 piston is the same WITHOUT the 4 notches

Oh and just so you know , there is NO direct replacement available for the 69 engine , at least nothing that is shelf stock anywhere. Most people use the 70 -71 piston and it puts the piston where it would be for factory 69 NHRA blueprint spec , but thats not correct as the factory built them so you will have to get a custom if you want to mimic the factory build .
