I have a 64 727 with updated newer front assembly so as to accept the newer spline count convertors.Was rebuilt last year and a higher than stock stall was installed.Tranny also has the RVMB so there is no throttle pressure linkage.MY question is...when I'm cruising at 2000 rpm in drive and I go WOT, my tack jumps 1500 rpm. Is this normal?? Buddy told me my convertor maybe pooched.
