Supposedly the seat belts in 1970 are different from 68/69 for b-bodies but in what respect?

On my 70 Charger (built february 1970) there is just a single buckle on each front seat next to the transmission tunnel which is non adjustable in length. The lap belt bajonet clicks into the buckle and the should belt attaches to the bajonet of the lap belt. The buckle is not a lift-up style like the 68/69 buckles but has a button in the middle. Is this the correct 70 setup?
I've seen pictures of 70 chargers having two buckles on the transmission tunnel side...

What about the rear belts. are they the same as 68/69? how should they be stored?

any pictures of a correct 70 setup?
