the common ends are available at napa, but you have to take appart the plastic part of the connectors to reuse them.
some simple tools allow you to do it pretty easy.




Yes you can do it & it'd let you go a gauge larger (2 #'s actually) and NAPA has the 1/4" brass terminals and the old ones can be easily removed from connectors w an eyeglass mini screwdriver but what Andrew said the sheer # of spools would be pricey & you DO want to use the same exact colors/tracers as originals were. I did it once & it was alot of work but now the car is up to snuff and original gauge sizes were barely adequate in some circuits. There are companies that will sell you lengths of the color/tracer of wire you specify & that's the way I'd go next time
