Dwayne (fast68) has a few sets for sale in the BB parts for sale section here if you want to get an idea of what a ported set of OEM heads can cost and flow. For a mostly stock build I would get a good valve job and call it a day.

Except, every set of BB Mopar heads I've ever had freshened up needed valve guides and some of the tips where the rocker rub can be pitted quite often.

CNC'ing heads for "mostly stock" build is too pricey. Buy an electric Sears die grinder, a few carbide cutters and have at it if you really want a set of ported heads. Just opening up the bowls can make a big difference. If you hurt a head, big deal, factory iron castings can be had around here for $50 a pair or less.

Dean, Didn't know sears had an elec. die grinder, would you happen to have a part # because i've tried googling there tools & come up jack squat. Thanks.

Found this, seems to be the only one sears offers for 192.00, nice rig, but for 250.00 you can buy a 30 gal. compressor at lowes & a 19.95 die grinder, then the compressor will come in handy for other things.
