Removing this dashpad is new to me.I could use a little help on how to do it.Is it glued to the top of the dash or do I need to start tearing out glove box,radio and gauge cluster.I looked up under the dash and didn't see any thing that looked like it might be holding the pad on. There was a trim strip on the front/bottom of the pad that is missing.Thanks for any hints,tricks and help.
