No good stuff guys, some was right along my thinking. Forgot to tell what I had diagnosed so far...

1.checked main power feed from battery to the junction/fuse block and the ground (these vehicles have pathetically small ground straps on them!)

2.started and wiggled ignition key to try to cause issue.

3.also wiggled the connectors to and relays in the engine bay fuse block, the connectors to the different electrical blocks.

Also forgot to mention its a 4.7 engine if that changes anything.
