I my 1970 Challenger has what appears to be rust spec along the lower panel. It looks like tar, but I think it might be small bits of surface rust. The car was store for over 20 years without a wash. Does anyone know of a product or process that can assist with removing the rust, without harming the paint. I would like to keep it as close to original as possible. Thanks
