The 2 dozen plus 1 owner cars in my area that I have looked at over the years with the exception of one have the 2 nipple breather. As for documentation... I just posted this on another thread. The parts books and factory documentation was riddled with wrong and misleading information... sometimes due to corrections and addendums. Or sometimes there was an idea that was printed that was supposed to be used but was scrapped along the way for one reason or another.
