i knew that they (co/state) would roll the tax back for +/- 5 years to get the facility open ,they would knock off 1 mill the moroso group was looking for something much more,!
so they pulled out,( i hear of finacial issues for them upcomming )
everyone knows about the gray racing rumor from last year,
and the new one from last month , with all the guys out here in the 'know' i thought someone else had some insider info
