HA HA good try,looks pretty good, take them in direct bright sunlight and repost.

If you pour it from the original can the manufacturer put it in you dont have to ask silly questions.

You could shoot ten of them and all ten would photograph slightly different.

I am only the customer and recipient of these awesome pieces. I did not paint them myself.

The loose grille, both headlight bezels, and the two original SHAKER bubbles have been painted with NOS Argent paint.


If anyone is interested in having their items restored or in the Argent paint, I can provide you with the contact info for the man that has the paint and did this excellent work.

It was worth it to me.

The reason I asked for sun shots is its hard to photo what you caught in your 29 pic, easier to photo when blowing the gun out while cleaning.

I will try and get better pictures. The Canon has the large lens installed currently. Maybe if I change to the lesser lens, more macro.
Or get a specifically designated macro lens?
Or shoot it in manual?

I was schooled one time on how to get good pics, and if I recall it was a certain lighting with a white background, as something to do with the camera adjusting to the white backdrop. Thats just a general summary without being fully accurate.

One part, two cameras, 10 pics each might show 20 different results.

However its pretty obvious you have some very nice well done correct parts there and should be very proud to have them on your car. So many are happy with there trip to the hardware store and a afternoon, however there is another side to that called the epa.
