I was looking to install a Hellwig 6909 rear sway bar on my 64 Dodge which has the springs relocated inside the framerails. It looks like the end links would hit the leaf spring. I looked at a few other manufactures bars to try to get an idea of how they mount but it looks pretty bleak. Does anybody know of a swaybar that would work in this setup?...thanks

Try something narrower, maybe something for an A body or a GM intermediate with leaf springs like a Nova.

Just get one custom built. It is a pretty simple part, just a couple of bends.

Check out Speedway for a Sprint car style setup. Those are also tuneable as the bars come in different sizes and are splined to their end link levers. They're probably less expensive from them than from drag-chassis places.

Here is a picture of the custom bar on Tim's red Valiant. Your average street rod shop or chassis shop can make these things very easily.

If you don't have anyone in the local area who builds street rods then give the guys at Firm Feel a call. They make their own bars so they could make a bar for you or perhaps they'll have a narrow bar in stock that will work.

FYI for everyone. I gave Firm Feel a call and they do make custom bars. I just need to measure the width of the axle perches and I'm good to go. It's only 35 bucks more plus the cost of their in stock kits to have them made.
