Looks like a hemi damper judging by descriptions from 440 source....am I wrong ?

Looks like a standard internal 440 forged steel crankshaft balancer to me, not sure of which year without checking the timing mark on the balancer against TDC shruggy

iagree Most internal balance dampers look the same except for the timing mark location. Pre-'72 by the bolt pattern.
