i have 98 r/t extended cab dakota, will regular cab doors interchange with my truck?

Yes. only doors that are different are the quad cab dakotas. Durango doors are also unique to themselves.

beware when buying a stripped shell of a door. there were multiple different types of latch assembly, and not all are interchangeable. worst case, you'll need to make a template from your door and drill new holes into your new door when transferring your hardware. if you buy a complete door, then none of this matters.
