i have three different paint arrangements that i all believe are original paint, one being belvedere with the white surrounding the outer rim and the headlights with no textured argent whatsoever, the other two are identical except for the horizontal bars between the two headlights, one having argent bars and the other being polished and anodized, my hunch was that the ones with the anodized bars are satellite and the textured argent bars are gtx, can anyone confirm that? I'll have to look at my Satellites and GTX's to be sure of the combinations I have. I know I have one '67 Belvedere II that has a white accent on the top of the door that is continued on the front hood edge molding and another '67 Belvedere II that has a black non-textured accent on the top of the door that is continued on the front hood edge molding. Of all the '67's I've had, my white one was the only one I had ever seen until yours. The remainder of the door is non-textured black.

On '67 Satellite's AND GTX's the three thin bars between the headlights are dark textured argent*. The left headlight door in your pic is therefor correct for both '67 Satellite and GTX.
These dark textured argent stripes align and match the three thin ribs of the "center grille section". Look above and below the horizontal center 'bright aluminum bar'. These should also be dark textured argent.
While we're on the topic, dark textured argent is also inside each of the two headlight openings (as shown in your pics). Dark argent is also on the indented stripe around the perimeter of the bezels (as shown in both your doors) and continues on the horizontal hood trim.
However - '67 Sat's and GTX's are different in the paint of their trunk panels.
