Will they fit on a b-body? The Dart's in storage so not really handy to go have a look see but seems to me they should be pretty close. 72'Dart sport mirrors on a 70' Coronet, anybody have any experience with this?

late in the '70 model year they were an option on Charger, is the mounting surface on the Coronet door as "flat" as the area on a Charger door?

there was a '70 Road Runner advertised somewhere recently with the a-body mirrors on it work

Any A body mirrors will fit on B bodies up to 70 without problem... without consider some years design changes such as 70 racing against laters, they are "the same"

As far I know all 70 Racing mirrors ( A, B, E ) are a bit wider and "pointy" than laters being more "rounded"

I had then on a 70 Road Runner Convertible back in the early 80's.
I added them because I liked the way they looked.

I run the painted racing mirrors on all my 70 B bodies. As far as I can tell the 70-72 A body racing mirrors are the same as the 70 only B body mirrors. The right side mirror is a different shape than the drivers side,it is more oval shaped with the housing coming to a point on the outer edge. I have taken worn Chrome versions and bead blasted and painted them, and they have held up well.
