Are 66-67 bucket seat tracks the same as 68-70? If they are, are the shape of the seats the same also- i.e. can you put a 67-pattern seat cover on a 68-up frame?

no, the tracks + seats arent the same

Dumb question. I though about it and looked at the AMD site and they list full floor pans as 66-70. If the floor's the same, would it matter which year seat rail you have? Or are the original (factory) floors different and the replacements a more generic "one size fits all" deal?

but the seat rails must match the seat for proper height +location
