Are A-body lower control arms specifically with bracket provisions for a sway bar the same for late 60s through to 1972? Someone mentioned to me that the tab on the lower control arm maybe in a different position in 1969 vs. 1970. Just wanting to confirm.

Well, whoever told you that, isn't true.
Sway bar tabbed lower control arms are all the same thing from 1965-72, and then from 1973-76.
