what kind of steel is the stock 440 forged crank ? the machine guy wish to know that to be sure about the stone to use to cut the counterweights at 7.25"

He actually hasn't seen personally the crank (its in another city ), just talked with him by the phone but we are trying to take one step forward to buy the stone if he doesn't have it handly

I believe it's 1053. Definitely not 4140 or 4340. Anyone else got better info?
