I haven't messed with these at all - I posted a while ago about cleaning one before installing it - my cousin told me to be very very careful about clutches inside being harmed by washing it with a solvent. Can someone give me a clear breakdown of how to do it - or send me in the direction of an article or something. I prefer to do it myself and not send it anywhere- i want to learn it.

Use spray brake clean from the local parts store.
