I just molded mine when I fixed this grille. I used Modeling clay for the mold. I made the rough shape and then used an assortment of files, a dremmel and sandpaper to finish it off.

Another one. You should have seen it before I started. A guy even had chewed out the keyed hole where the parking lamps went. They repaired nicely.

Last one. It was a real chore taping this [Edited by Moparts - Family Friendly Site - Keep it clean] off. Well over 8 hours for that alone. My point was how you can rough mold just about anything you need to restore your grille. Hope you all enjoyed the pics and sorry if I hijacked this thread.
