On the "383 Four Barrel" and the "383 Magnum" emblems, which emblem is correct for which car? My '69 Super Bee is a 383 4 speed, with the power bulge non-induction hood. The build date on it is 606. The car currently has "383 Four Barrel" emblems on it, but it has been painted and emblems could have been replaced.

Thanks

Justin

On the fenders about 6 or so inches from the rear edge

Most Super Bees did not have emblems on the fender. For those that do "flypaper" provided the answer.

1982 - my first car was a 69 superbee, 383 column shift auto - bench seat, fender emblem was 383 Four Barrel, standard bulge hood - still have one of the emblems on my shop wall - don't know the build date, but have an old reg. if a plant was needed - Joe

So what did the "383 Magnum" emblems go on? I'm guessing the air induction hoods? Or could it possibly be for the '71 cars with 383s?

I bought a pair of these thinking they were right for my car. They are part number 3444957
