Hi all,

I'm having my '67 Barracuda bumpers re-chromed and would like to use new bolts when I put them back on the car. Any recommendations on who has the best deal on decent quality stuff? It's not a show car, but I'd like something that looks good, and will last (i.e. I'd prefer not to use cheap, Chinese-made junk). As always, thanks for any suggestions.

He will certainly have what you need.

They're not chrome, but capped with stainless steel. This makes the cap polishable to a like-new shine.

I went to home depot bought the correct size stainless carriage bolts, cucked it in the drill and sanded/polished the head of the bolt.

Correctly sized bolts, washers and nuts, all with original style plating, are available on my website. Bolts are zinc plated and stainless capped. Correct thickness flat washers are zinc plated. "Ribbed" lock washers and hex nuts are phosphate coated, as original. Click on the green "Search Store" button and punch in 6026723. They are available in packages of 4 or 6.

Roger...if you want someplace local....try either Hillco, or even Classic Industries (in Huntington)
